Please report any billing or download errors to sales@FlexGirlz2000.com.  Resolution of any billing or download errors by FlexGirlz2000.com will be handled immediately.  Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate disqualification from future sales and you will be banned from purchasing from our sites.  We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to the local authorities for further prosecution.

To assist the customer in understanding the content of the video prior to making a purchase, we provide preview pages for each video containing customer comments, a distinct cover photo, detailed descriptions of the content, and a full, 1-minute preview.  As our content is downloadable electronic media that cannot be returned to the seller, we uphold a no refund policy.

1)  Videos that are purchased from this site cannot be swapped or traded.  If a video is faulty or damaged upon receipt, the video will be re-issued to the buyer.  FlexGirlz2000.com will not exchange a faulty or damaged video for an alternate video.
